Department of Health and Welfare offers an Infant Toddler Program (ITP) in the Idaho area that provides early intervention services for children with a developmental delay or a condition that may result in a developmental delay. They serve to link children and families with any necessary services, such as family education, speech therapy, service coordination, counseling, occupational therapy, and more.
